Michael James Brady has been developing many different types of inventions from an early age, the most relevant of these is the water propulsion system which was stolen from him in the middle 60s , which is a company situated in New Zealand.
The next of the notable achievements was the development of a motor vehicle tracking system which was also copied by trust electronics manufacturer in South Africa. This unit had the ability, to track and recover stolen motor vehicles within minutes of being stolen.
Brady then moved on and continued to develop a Helicopter which was state of the art as it employed many advanced feature such as an elastomeric hub which in the event of over oscillation from the student would correct itself and go in the hover mode, in addition the design of the rotor blades meant the aircraft had both excellent forward flight capability as well as excellent hover capability.
This project was abandoned with the death of his son Michael in April 1991, although negotiations with the arms manufacturer Armscor in South Africa were well under way, with an investment possibility of some 10 million available for further development.
Brady moved on after the death of his son and produced a recharge system that employed the use of six batteries 3 on each side, the system was designed that once started it would run continually without any input source, the principal of operation was the unit would draw energy from the first three batteries and in turn charge the second bank of batteries as well as supplying energy to the mains supply of a home, this was tested and worked perfectly , electronic and electrical engineers could not understand how this was achieved and were confounded by the results.
The magnet motor was developed in 1969 when Brady had a brain storm and decided to test what he had in mind, he was fascinated by magnets and could not understand why man had not employed the power of the magnetic field to generate energy, he built his first small magnetic motor and proved the concept, he faced ridicule with this development but continued to prove that energy could be obtained from magnets.
The development of the magnet motor came to an end as the magnets that were available at that time were ferrite iron magnets and did not have the power to obtain any valuable energy.
With the advent of the neo-boron magnets that became available in the middle 90s proved to be the answer to obtaining real power from magnets.
In 1998 Brady built a 9kw motor which in viewable on the internet and has being seen by more the 1.5 million viewers.
Also in 1998 Brady formed a Company in South Africa called Perendev Power Development PTY LTD and started to market the motor on the internet, more that 1000 emails per day were received and took Brady and his associate Mr. Brian Richards more than 8 hours per day to answer.
Brady attempted to acquire funding for further development in South Africa but due to the uncertain political situation did not have much success; however Brady met with a German citizen living in South Africa at the time Mr. Helmut Swezic who had contact in Germany with capital funding to continue development.
Brady was invited to Germany and was offered 500 000 Euro on his arrival and would have a further 5 million available from investors.
Brady arrived in Germany in August of 2004 and did not receive what was promised to him; at the end Brady discovered that he was being used by his German partners to obtain monies for their own use, to the sum of 890 thousand Euro which was derived from the sale of Brady’s shares of which Brady did not receive 1 Euro.
Further problem arose in the form of the motor technology was being passed on to a previous company where Brady’s partners DR.H.H Huening and his brother Helmut had being obtaining funds in the same way .
Brady broke away from the German partners at the end of 2005 and was left high and dry without any income, Brady decide to forge ahead and re stimulate the interest in the product that he had and today the company can offer a wide range of technology.
Today Perendev in one of the top Alternative Energy companies in the world, offing a wide range of alternative energy solutions.
What PERENDEV has to
offer to the investor?
Magnet Motors
Magnet motor can be used in many applications, such as the power to drive generators for electric power, not only in the home but for many applications such as small engineering and manufacturing companies; in fact units can be built from 100kw to 4MW depending on the client’s needs.
Secondly, the motors can be used in a modified version to replace to power plant in boats, not only to supply lighting but as the main propulsion unit.
In public transport such as busses and street cars and trains, having their own power makes them independent from the grid reducing the cost dramatically.
The units can be used in natural disaster area such as the disaster in the USA.
Perendev is surging ahead to improve its technology and is intending to purchase a building in Switzerland to continue development of all its product, employing a team of bright engineering people to bring to the public and indeed the world the best we have to offer.
It must be pointed out that Brady does not believe in Patents, as when one lodges a patent at the patent office, after 18 months this information is disclosed on the internet and is available to all and sundry.
Questions are asked how the
technology is protected.
The answer is that firstly that PERENDEV does not sell its units, they are leased to a client, he pays the full 5 year lease in advance and after the 5 year period the client can renew his contract with the company or its agent.
Further the units are protected by a GSM module “like the cell phone” as well as a GPS and Satellite communicator.
Further it must be pointed out that Perendev Power Holding AG and its affiliate do not manufacture any products, the Holding company is involved with development of its existing products and ongoing products.
The company sells licenses to various countries around the world and it is up to these licensed agents or entities to manufacture for their own markets.
Solar Street lighting.
PERENDEV has developed street lighting that eliminates the need to supply power for street lighting from the grid, saving thousands of Euros in energy costs.
The unit receives its charge directly from sunlight even if it is cloudy weather as the solar panel is of the latest technology allowing the unit to operate and charge all day during daylight hours, the unit will turn on automatically when light fades and can operate for 3 days without any charge.
The units can be fitted with a video camera and can aid security in city centers via remote operation; the units can be equipped with a radio transmitter.
In addition to the solar panels the unit has a wind turbine to allow charging in windy conditions. though a prototype unit has being manufactured, ongoing production models require further funding.
Hydrogen Technology.
Perendev has developed a unit for the production of Hydrogen for use in a motor vehicle, it is well known that the cost of fossil fuels continue to rise and the drain on the man in the street and the commercial sector is getting out of hand, causing pricing of all products and food to escalate.
Using PERENDEVs hydrogen product will allow person using this technology the benefit of being able to use his or her vehicle at a fraction of the current transport cost.
On average and depending on the size of the vehicle around 250ml of water will have the ability to travel about 100km. The unit does not store the Hydrogen but produces it on demand.
Therefore the safety factor is that in the event of a road accident no danger exists for the occupants of the vehicle as there is no stored hydrogen on board.
The other benefit is of course that the emission from the vehicle does not produce any toxic gases and is good for the environment.
The average cost of a unit for a medium sized vehicle is around 4700 Euro fitted.
Nitrogen or compressed
air motor.
This unit was developed to try and use Nitrogen as a means to reduce costs as nitrogen is relative cheap and has good expansion rate some 11 000 to 1 similar to water when it is converted to steam.
The project stopped for a while and this was in the middle of 2005, however interest from the South African mines came to be due to the fact that electric cables underground are being stolen and the cost of replacing these cables is astronomical, a rethink took place and instead of using electric motor to drive underground ventilation it was decide to run compressed air line to the motors and thus alleviating the need for electric cable, compressed air is a standard requirement and is available at no extra cost.
Financial target
Perendev is looking for around 10 million Euros to purchase and equip a building in Switzerland with the intention of developing products and producing prototype units.
The building will house not only the administrative staff but also have a electronics department manufacturing the control units for the magnetic motors and the high frequency units used in the hydrogen units.
PERENDEV has available 26% shares in the holding company which it will offer for sale at 1 million per 1% which is equal to 1000 shares, this pricing has been derived by the amount of orders that have being placed and potential orders, around 70 thousand equal to around 1.7 billion Euros.
The value of the licensing worldwide is around 2.7 billion Euros.
Small investment.
PERENDEV has considered that the man in the street may want to do his part in saving the planet; therefore it has been decide that we would consider a smaller invests and the minimum would be around 100 thousand Euros, this would buy 100 shares in the holding company.
