Reason for delivery delay

We have 62 machines in the market place and the delay has been caused by the change in the supplier of the capacitors that we used previously , on ordering more capacitors we discovered that that particular company was no longer in business, I did not think this would be a big problem at the time and bought new caps from a new supplier, we mounted the caps and found that the units ran for a few hours and then mysteriously started to run down and stop, after many hours of testing we discovered that the problem came from the emf current been created In the stator by the magnets rotating below and created a static charge that in turn blew the transistor and triacts in the control unit, on testing we found that the voltages ran as high as 50 000 volts.

It took many months of testing to find the problem and the result is that we have had to change the stator from an aluminum casing to a type of industrial plastic to eliminate the static charge, the previous units ran on the old type of cap and are not affected by the same problem, however the problem will emerge in the older machines when and if the capacitors fail for any reason, it seems that the old type cap where built a different way to the new caps.

The other point that I would like to make is that we are not a production company; however we have a production facility that will start mass production in 2008 and will produce 5000 units per month.

Any client wishing to cancel their order may do so and will be refunded in full, however if you wish to reorder we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in 2008 and you order may be delayed until 2009.

At this time we have your order in a queue and will be processed in the early part of 2008.

The client that has been waiting for units will start to receive the new unit in 2008.

Regards

Mike Brady
